After landing late, we drove straight to our hotel where we were situated on the Mediterranean Turkish Islands, rivaling those of the Greek islands. We were only here for the night and the jet lag was kicking in, so we went to sleep early.

We woke up early the next day and drove along the coast. Our favorite spot was Butterfly Valley, you can hike down to the beach, but we decided to stay at the top and take in the views. We also made friends with the sunbathing goats!

Next we drove to D Maris Bay, which was a little (A LOT) more luxurious than what we're accustomed to. We pulled up in our rental car, while everyone else arrived by yacht or helicopter. The property included three private beaches and four restaurants. Hailey was thriving and Danny tried his best to relax, which isn't always easy for him! We did our best to fit in, visit all the different beaches and secret spots on the property, and soak up all the views D Maris Bay had to offer.

It wasn’t easy leaving, but our next stop was Cappadocia and we couldn’t wait to get there! Before heading to the airport, we had a few more stops along the way, including Mary Magdelane and Ephesus.
